Preamble
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the contractual relationship between Fantastico Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “the Company” or “the Seller”), a company registered in Thailand trading under the brand name “Thailand Fantastic”, and the Customer purchasing the travel services.
Any reference to “Thailand Fantastic” in these terms and conditions is to be understood as referring to Fantastico Co., Ltd. as the sole legal entity holding the rights and obligations arising from the contract of sale.
By accepting the quote and paying the deposit, the Customer declares that they have read, understood and fully accepted these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
I. Booking and Payment Terms
1. Booking of Services and Acceptance
None of the services listed in the travel program (accommodation, excursions, transport, etc.) have been reserved at the time the proposal is made. Final bookings are placed only after the Customer has confirmed the purchase and the deposit has been received.
Acceptance: By paying the deposit, the Customer accepts the travel program proposed and these Terms and Conditions.
2. Deposit Payment
To confirm the booking, a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total cost of the trip (Travel Package) is required.
In exceptional circumstances (e.g. high season, or the booking of special services), Thailand Fantastic may request a deposit of 50% of the total, in order to secure availability and keep costs under control.
3. Balance Payment
The remaining balance must be paid no later than 40 days before the departure date, with no extensions.
Failure to pay the balance by the set date will be treated as a cancellation by the Customer, with automatic application of the cancellation charges set out in Section II.
4. Payment Methods and Fees
Payments can be made by:
- Bank transfer in Thailand (in THB)
- Bank transfer in Italy/Europe (in Euro)
- Credit card via PayPal
Note on fees: Bank fees, transaction costs and any currency exchange charges are borne solely by the purchaser. Should the EUR/THB exchange rate move significantly between the date the quote is issued and the date payment is actually made, Thailand Fantastic reserves the right to recalculate the exact amount due.
5. Insurance Policies
Health insurance: Strongly recommended, as healthcare in Thailand is not free of charge.
Cancellation insurance: We can arrange both policies with leading partners on the market, but the purchase and the cost are always borne by the Customer.
II. Travel Package Cancellation Policy
Any cancellation request must reach Thailand Fantastic in writing only (by email to info@thailandfantastic.com). The date on which the written notice is received determines the cancellation charge applied.
For the purposes of cancellation, the “Travel Package” means the set of services sold by us and listed in the program as included (excluding international flights and insurance policies).
| Time Before Departure | Charge Applied (on the Travel Package price) |
|---|---|
| More than 40 days | Loss of the deposit paid (30% or 50%) |
| 40 days or less | 100% of the total cost of the Travel Package |
| No-show | 100% of the total cost of the Travel Package |
Important:
Flights and insurance: International flights, insurance policies (health/cancellation) and domestic flights (once the tickets have been issued) must be paid in full at the time of booking and are non-refundable if the Customer cancels the trip.
Unused services: If the Customer leaves early or does not use services included in the program (e.g. hotel nights, excursions) once the trip has started, no refund is due.
Cancellation with an Insurance Policy
If the Customer has purchased a travel cancellation policy, they may claim a refund of the insured travel cost at any time, including any amounts retained as cancellation charges under the table above. Whether the claim is accepted, and the amount refunded, depend solely on the terms and conditions of the policy taken out and are decided by the insurance company.
Handling insurance claims: Where a cancellation is covered by an insurance policy, the Customer must handle the refund claim entirely on their own with the insurance company. Thailand Fantastic will only provide the necessary supporting documents (invoices, booking confirmations or statements of the cancellation charge applied).
III. Additional Services, Guides and Accommodation
1. International Flights
Thailand Fantastic is not directly responsible for international ticketing, but does assist in finding the best fares available.
Price changes: We accept no liability if the airline increases the price of the international flight after the quote has been issued. We will nonetheless do our best to find a flight at a similar price.
2. Guides, Extra Services and Responsibility During the Trip
Licensed guides: The availability of licensed English-speaking guides is limited. To secure one, the booking must be made well in advance. In high season, or for late bookings, they may not be available.
Alternative: Where no licensed English-speaking guide is available, an alternative may be proposed and agreed with the Customer: a driver only, with English-speaking telephone assistance, or the addition of an escort acting as interpreter (with an extra charge).
Extra services: Guides and drivers are required to follow the travel program. Any further services requested outside the program will be treated as “extras”.
Unplanned changes by the Customer: The agency accepts no liability if travelers decide to depart from the travel program without first discussing it with Thailand Fantastic’s assistance team and obtaining its approval. We reserve the right to charge extra supplements for any changes made during the trip.
3. Accommodation
Hotel unavailability: The availability of the hotels listed in the program is checked at the time of booking. Should a hotel be unavailable or cancel (due to force majeure or for operational reasons), the property will be replaced with a similar one of equivalent standard. The Customer will be able to choose among the alternatives available; a supplement may be required where this is necessary to guarantee an equivalent standard.
Check-in / check-out: Early check-in and/or late check-out requests cannot be guaranteed in advance. Such requests are considered by the properties only on the basis of availability at the time and may incur an additional charge.
Connecting rooms: We cannot guarantee that the rooms requested will be connecting, but we do guarantee that we will do everything possible to pass the request on to the property and have it honored.
4. Changes and Closure of Attractions
Due to force majeure (e.g. national events, renovation work or unavailability), some tourist attractions may be closed, or programs may be subject to change. In such cases we undertake to propose a change of dates, or a replacement with similar attractions, in agreement with the Customer.
IV. Limitation of Liability and Data Protection
1. Limitation of Liability
Thailand Fantastic acts solely as an organizer of tours, attractions, hotel bookings, transport and services. We cannot be held liable for injury, loss, damage, accidents, delays or inconvenience arising from:
- Delays caused by the Customer (e.g. failure to keep to the agreed times)
- Delays or cancellations of transport due to adverse weather conditions
- Acts of government or civil authorities (e.g. wars, civil unrest, strikes, pandemics)
- Any cause beyond the control of Thailand Fantastic
Note on costs: As stated in this “Limitation of Liability” section, Thailand Fantastic is not liable for events beyond its direct control; consequently, any additional costs arising from such changes (e.g. new transport arrangements, differences in hotel rates, extra nights or additional services required) are borne solely by the Customer.
2. Privacy and Data Processing
We are committed to protecting your personal data. Information is collected for the following purposes:
- Performance of the contract: purchasing and booking the services included in the travel program
- Disclosure to partners: passing on the data required by government tourism bodies (where requested), hotels and local partners so that the services can be delivered correctly

- Publication on our official social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)

Right to object: If the Customer does not wish their images to be published, they must say so explicitly in writing, by sending an email to info@thailandfantastic.com clearly stating their refusal.
Implied consent: In the absence of any notice to the contrary, Thailand Fantastic is authorized to publish photos and videos for the promotional purposes set out above. Important note: Only photographic and video content is published. Personal documents, sensitive data and confidential information are never published.
V. Final Provisions

Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by Thai law. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the registered office of Fantastico Co., Ltd. in Thailand.
