You tell us when you can travel, how many days you have and the kind of trip you have in mind, and we write you a tailor-made proposal with the itinerary, the hotels and the price. The quote is free and we revise it as many times as it takes. It does carry an expiry date, written into the proposal itself: hotels do not hold rooms indefinitely, and after that date availability and prices can change. If things drag on, or other requests come in without a booking, we may ask for a small deposit, which comes off the cost of the trip in full: for someone who has decided to go it changes nothing, and it lets us give our time to the people who genuinely want to travel.

What we do is tell you the best option for your trip — which airlines, which connections, arrival times that do not burn your first day — and if you would rather not think about it, we book it on your behalf, with a small handling fee.
