Personal data is collected through the Customer Travel Form and includes:
- Personal details (first name, last name)
- Contact details (full address, telephone, email)
- Payment details (IBAN or credit card number)
- Information required in order to provide the services (e.g. passport details, health data for insurance policies)
2.2 Website users
For users who browse the site or fill in the online contact form, we collect:
- First name and last name
- Email address
- Telephone number (optional)
- The content of the message sent
- Technical browsing data (IP address, browser type, pages visited, date and time of access) — used solely for anonymous statistical purposes and for the security of the site
2.3 Newsletter subscribers
If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address and record the explicit consent given at the time of subscription. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the foot of every email.

Affiliate Links and Commercial Partners
The thailandfantastic.com website contains affiliate links to third-party booking platforms, including Booking.com through the Travelpayouts program.

Data Sharing and Transfers Outside the EU
Personal data is shared only for the operations strictly necessary for the trip to run smoothly (e.g. hotels, airlines, insurance companies, local suppliers in Thailand).
Data is never sold or passed on to third parties for unauthorized marketing purposes.
Retention Periods
- Contractual and tax data: kept for 10 years from the end of the contractual relationship, to meet legal and administrative obligations.
- Enquiries sent through the contact form: kept for as long as is necessary to deal with the enquiry, and thereafter for a maximum of 12 months.
- Newsletter: kept until you unsubscribe, which you can do at any time using the link at the foot of every email.
- Promotional photos and videos: kept until the data subject withdraws consent.
