Similan Islands Speedboat Tour: Straight Out to the Best Snorkeling in Thailand
A Similan Islands speedboat tour from Tublamu pier, for a day in one of the most celebrated marine parks in the world. Pick-up between 05:30 and 06:40 (depending on where your hotel is), check-in at 08:30 with snacks, a briefing, fins and a beach towel, and departure at 09:00. A first guided dive between islands no. 5 and no. 6, then a stop on the beach at Princess Bay, on island no. 4, and lunch served there. In the afternoon the second snorkeling at island no. 9, Koh Ba Ngu, at Christmas Point or Namchai Bay, where the reef is densest, and the visit to island no. 8 with Sailing Rock, the icon of the Similan, from where you can climb to the viewpoint. On the way back, at 16:50, a welcome at the pier with papaya salad, fried chicken and ice cream. Equipment, the national park fee and transfers included.

Sample Itinerary
Pick-up at your hotel (Phuket) and transfer by minivan to the port of Tublamu. (From Khao Lak, Khok-Kloy and Na-Tai the pick-up is at 07:00). The pick-up time depends on where your hotel is and is confirmed after booking.
Check-in at Tublamu pier. Welcome with snacks, drinks and a briefing with the guide. Handover of the snorkeling equipment (fins and beach towel included).
Departure for the Similan Islands aboard a speedboat.
Arrival in the archipelago for the first guided session. You will explore a vibrant underwater world, rich in tropical fish and colorful corals.
Stop on the splendid beach of Princess Bay for a moment of complete relaxation in a picture-postcard setting.
A tasty, high-quality lunch served right on island no. 4.
Snorkeling session at Christmas Point or Namchai Bay, the area best known for the density of its coral reef and the variety of colorful fish.

What happens in case of bad weather?
Safety is our priority. If weather conditions make an activity dangerous or inadvisable, the excursion will be:
- Rescheduled: we will try to move the activity to another day of your trip.
- Replaced: if rescheduling is not possible, we will offer an alternative activity of equal value.
- Refunded: if neither rescheduling nor replacement is possible, you receive a refund for the excursion you were unable to take. Bank and collection fees on online payments are not refundable.
Please remember that rain during the wet season rarely spoils an entire day. You will always be informed in advance of any changes.
What are the pick-up times?
All meeting and pick-up details are clearly stated in your final travel documents (which you receive about 3 weeks before departure).
- Time: we will let you know the exact pick-up time. Please be ready at the agreed place at least 15 minutes beforehand.
- Pick-up point: in most cases the pick-up takes place directly in the lobby of your accommodation (if it lies within the areas covered by the service). If it does not, we will tell you the nearest meeting point.
What should I bring with me on the excursions?

- Suitable clothing: for example, long pants and no low-cut tops when visiting the Grand Palace in Bangkok, light and breathable clothes for hot areas, a swimsuit, or comfortable shoes for light trekking.

- Vouchers and documents: where required, a copy (digital or printed) of your booking voucher.
