You board a traditional long tail boat and head up the Chao Phraya, looking out from the river at some of the most important temples in the city; then you leave the river and enter the klongs of Thonburi, the canal network of old Bangkok on the other bank. You step aboard the long tail boat and head up the Chao Phraya, looking out from the river at some of the most important sites and temples in Bangkok.
Leaving the river behind, you enter the canals of Thonburi, the old Bangkok on the other bank of the Chao Phraya. Among traditional houses built over the water, small neighbourhood temples and scenes of everyday life, you discover the most authentic and least known face of the city.
The ride ends at the foot of Wat Arun, one of the symbols of Bangkok. You visit the temple and can see at close range the distinctive central prang, decorated with thousands of pieces of porcelain.
At the end of the visit, you head back by long tail boat through the canals to the arrival point.
